Call to Order: 
President Reynold Wolfe called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous months meeting minutes, Ren declared the minute’s approved as presented motion made by Ren and second by Ed.

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $521.16 and the balance in the general account of $5883.92   After the review of the bills to be paid tonight and the addition of payments to Seewald for $272.00 motion was made by Dean and 2nd by Ed to proceed with the paying of the bills as presented and the addition.  Dean gave a comparison on the electric bills and Glacial Energy has been higher than PPL for 2 consecutive months. 

Communications:
Dean gave Ren a letter from the Northumberland County Planning Department in regards to the block grants. 

Water System Operator:
Andy informed the Authority that the curb stop at Herndon Reload has been replaced.  The curb stop at June Deppens is still pending.  The frost free hydrant at Pump Station 2 has been installed.  Andy informed the Authority that we are required to have the water tested every 3 years for halogen and that the tests are being completed that we should be on the lookout for bills from Seewald.   

Waste Water Operator:  Andy presented a log with the pump issues that he has been dealing with since September 11, 2010.  He had numerous pump failures and callouts.  They pulled the pump and sent it to RAM everything was replaced internally.  When the pump was taken to RAM it was ok but it still cost the Authority $900.00 because they took it apart and replaced the internal parts.   

Solicitors Report: 
Ren presented Tony with a letter from the Authority that states that Authority is unable to present “tangible or equipment evidence for an Engineer’s or expert’s diagnosis or evaluation relative to the Myers Pump Parts,” therefore the Authority is unable to file suit. Tony then informed the Authority that the PPL sales tax money has been refunded in the amount of $1,416.56.  Dean informed Tony that the Walter property is now with Hook Van Holms and they are up to date with payment.  Larry Herb Sr.  presented a bad check to the Authority therefore Dean asked Tony to handle the issue.        

Old Business:
Ren and Dean are going to be meeting on Thursday at 10:30 pm to go over the delinquents.  The River Shore vents are still pending.  The generator for the reservoir is still pending.  Andy found a replacement pump in the Borough shed, which he said should be ok to use for the residences.  RJ Hoffman and Sons have won the bid at $3,000 which was higher the previous bid of $1600 from Gessner Logging for the tree removal at the reservoir.  They have their equipment moved in and will start tomorrow.  Andy also informed Ren that there is a tree down at the Reservoir.   

New Business: 
Ren informed the Authority that there is a stump at the Reservoir that needs to be removed. Gardner's Tree Service quoted $100.00 for this work. This was approved on a motion by Dean, seconded by Jack.

Adjournment:  There being no further business, the public meeting held at the Herndon Borough Municipal Building adjourned at 8:33 pm
