October 19, 2021 

Call to Order:  
Vice President, Charles Haffling called the meeting to order at 7:28 pm.

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous month’s meeting minutes a motion was made by Pete and second by Dean to approve the minutes as written. 

Communications and Notices: Dean informed the Authority that he was able to get the official document from the PA Department of Revenue of the Authorities Tax Identification Number. Dean followed up with the County on the Knarr property and it is moving along we are still expected to get some of the money that is owed ($6498.50). Dean also informed the Authority that the $300,000 will be deposited all at once. He is working on getting a bank account at Gratz Bank. LDG 136 was transferred to Ira Fetter. LDG 165 and 228 paid their back taxes so there will not be a judicial sale this year on those properties. LDG 252 the Estate of Ren Wolfe will be closing on October 12. If Snyder/Kern Property is not served by the Constable then the hearing scheduled for Friday 22nd will be rescheduled again.  

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $549.18 and the balance in the general account of $54054.52. A motion was made to pay the bills as listed with the additions of payments to TDS for $129.29. A motion was made by Dean with a second by Pete.  

Water/Wastewater System Operator: Report – REPORT Dean questioned if he should reorder the Reagent that he had ordered last year in November. Josh advised that the upgrades would not be happening until later next year so he advised to order another year worth. A motion was made by Pete and second by Charlie for Dean to proceed with the purchase costing about $477.00.  
A motion was made by Pete to maintenance the generators before winter. A second to the motion was received by Charlie. Todd did advise that it would cost roughly $5000.00 to clean the SBR and Post EQ tanks and Digestor. He advised to add it as a budget item for next year. The Soda Ash pump tubing has been replaced. The quarterly 334 calibrations were completed and there were no violations. The spare EQ tank pump has been repaired by OPSCO.

Solicitors Report: None present.  
  
Old Business: Dean will continue to take care of the delinquents as he has been doing.  

New Business: Dean advised that he will be working on the budget for 2022 and asked if others wanted to be involved. Pete advised he would help Dean out.  

Adjournment: There being no further business, the public meeting adjourned at 8:18PM. Motion was made by Dean and 2nd from Pete.
