Call to Order:  
President, Paul Witmer called the meeting to order at 6:58 pm.

Authority Members: Dean Williard, Paul Witmer, Pete Bergstresser, and Jeff Aurand

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous month’s meeting minutes a motion was made by Pete and second by Paul to approve the minutes as presented.  

Communications and Notices: Dean received the Right to Know request and it was suggested that Dean forward onto Michetti’s office to review and recommendations. Robert Hollenbach property was sold to Steven Paul. Dean also needed to complete the PA One Call report and he did so. He also needed to complete the change of available operators and he took care of that as well. Dean also called and got the $5.00 credit that was due the Authority from Verde but PPL credited to the account.  

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $544.29 and the balance in the general account of $23719.17 and a balance in the Northumberland National Bank Savings account of $1,021.15. A motion was made by Dean and 2nd by Jeff to pay the bills as presented along with the addition of payments to Lykens Valley Fencing for $91.00.

Water/Wastewater System Operator: Dean read the report that Todd presented to the Authority for the monthly happenings. The report is attached. Dean is going to follow up with Todd on the items that he need the Authority to respond to and Dean is also going to follow up with Andy and get his response.  

 Solicitors Report: Dean reported that the Ilgenfritz property is now being used as an additional EDU therefore; Dean has billed the Ilgenfritz an additional $2500.00 connection fee.  

Old Business: The widening of the road and clearing of brush to Well #2 is the sole remaining improvement from the yearly walk through and is pending until Spring of 2020. The annual walk through for 2019 and the list of items that are in need of repair are 
1.) Clean out the culverts and catch basin outlets—perhaps a work detail weekend. still pending until Spring of 2020

New Business: Dean is going to begin the work on the budget for 2020.
