Call to Order: 
President Reynold Wolfe called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.

Present:

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous meeting minutes, Ren declared the minute’s complete motion made by Ed and 2nd by Kurvin.

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented the financial statements for review by the Authority.  There was a balance in the PLIGIT account of $61838.61.  Dean then presented the bills to be paid and with the addition of one to Dean Williard for $36.00, Tim Schrader for $20.00 and Jones Hardware for $29.97 a motion was made by Jackson and 2nd by Ed to proceed with paying the bills as listed.  

Communications and Notices: 
The Authority received a letter from NPDES which was the permit, also received was the tax exemption letter from the county. 

Operator’s Report:
Andy reported to the Authority that the hydrant flushing was completed on May 12th.  Andy contacted Bob Mascak from JB electric about the call out alarm problem, Bob does not know which sub contractor the system was under.  Andy is going to find out if it is ok to trouble shoot the problem, he is going to contact the contractor who installed the scada system.  Andy informed the Authority that there is a problem with the DO monitoring system.  Rick is going to contact Aqua Aerobics and give them Andy cell number so they can get the problem fixed.

Solicitors Report:
Joe was given the names of the current disconnects to file liens on.  They are Donna Walter, and Felicia Kooken, Jamie and Kevin Hoffman (already a lien on).  Dean then informed Joe that the lien that is on the Hoffmans could be a problem because it might be under the wrong last name.  Joe is going to look into this and see if it is going to be a problem.  


Old Business:
There is water flowing down the water course, however the project is going to be on hold until July.  The vents for the Rivershore residents are up to Ren to schedule.  The Emergency response plan Ren, Kurvin, and Andy are going to get together after the meeting to look at.  The curb stop at the Herndon House and Kooken property needs to be scheduled.  Ren is going to measure the grease traps and have the measurements for the next meeting.  The Bilge/sewage pump is at Nolt Electric for repairs.  As of the 26th it was not completed it needs to be looked at internally.  A motion was made by Ed to enforce the policy of having grease traps installed and checked at least 2 times a year, second to the motion by Kurvin. 

New Business:
Russell Michael talked to Dean about having the grass mowed inside bollards at pump station 2.  A motion was made by Dean to have Beilhartz weed whack it once a month, 2nd to the motion by Ed.  Ren is going to schedule Doug Straub to mow and clean up at the Reservoir and Springs.  Ren is also going to schedule Tim Schrader to weed whack, spray the weeds, and weed the planter bed inside the WWTP.  Andy is going to get the specs for a new back up generator.  Ren informed the Authority that the stones were delivered to raise the ramp at the WWTP, he needs to schedule Andy and his skid loader to complete the job.  Ann Botkin was notified to schedule Rodney to mow the field at the WWTP, both sides of the road to the reservoir and exterior perimeter of the reservoir.  Ren informed the Authority that the lawn at the WWTP has been treated with lime, weed and feed, seeded and aerated this morning.  The ports have been seeded and completed as well.
