Call to Order: 
President Reynold Wolfe called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous months meeting minutes, Ren declared the minute’s approved as presented motion made by Jackson and second by Ed.

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $520.99 and the balance in the general account of $51492.96.   After the review of the bills to be paid tonight; and the addition of payment to Seewald for $65.00, Hunter & Lomison Inc for $1091.07, Tim Schrader for $35.00, and Jackson Wetzel for $86.00 motion was made by Dean and 2nd by Jackson to proceed with the paying of the bills as presented and the additions. 

Communications and Notices:   Ren informed the Authority that he had received an invitation for an open house at the Selinsgrove Location of LDG.  Ren needs to know the number of people attending by the 1st so he can let LDG know.

Water System Operator:
Andy informed the members that he had a visit from PA Rural Water on Friday.  He was able to find the source of the extra water into the WWTP which it was caused by a leak at Steve Tressler apartments.  Andy made the fix on the source of the leak on March 8th which was the cause of the extra water into the WWTP because the toilet was running 24/7.  Andy informed the Authority that Optimum Controls repaired the equipment for pump 3, they also informed Andy that they are going to be mailing him the parts to get the SCADA system back up and running.  Andy then went over a sequence of events that resulted in multiple burnt out pumps and new ones needed to be purchased. Andy was informed to write out the details as he presented them to the Authority so that there is a good clean record of the multiple burnt out pumps, so the Authority can take the appropriate steps in getting reimbursement on the loss that they sustained.  Andy also informed the Authority that he reconnected the Horty property on March 19th.  

Solicitors Report: 
Tony went over the liens that are filed.  Kooken property the sheriff sale was cancelled there is still a lien on the property.  The Hoffman property Tony informed that the Sheriff department does not know where the paper work is for this property but they (Sheriffs Department) is aware that the Authority wants an update on this property.  Zach Swinehart property is scheduled for sale in April, the Sheriff Dept needs and updated amount owed, Linda Smith Property sold back to Veterans Affairs and the lien was satisfied.  Donna Walters property sold to Wells Fargo Bank but the Sheriffs did not collect any money on this property but there still is a lien on the property.  Dean is going to get the total dollar amounts still owed on all of these properties and email them onto Michetti’s office so that he can get the updated amounts to the Sheriffs office. 

Old Business:
Dean and Ren are going to be meeting on Tuesday March 30th at 6:30pm to go over the shut offs for the month. There are 6 potentials for this month.  The River Shore vents are still pending.  The generator for the reservoir is still pending. Dean received an email update from PPL on 3/10/2010 that their department which was preparing the affidavit was backlogged.  No timeline was given and Dean will continue to follow up.  PPL will switch to Glacier Energy on April 9, 13, 19th. Glacier will auto debit the account for the bills and the Authority will see bills from PPL. 
New Business:
The president of the Authority and the President of the Borough are going to be meeting with Jackson Township on April 5th.  The CD that the Authority has at Mid Penn is going to mature, a motion was made to stay with Mid Penn and get 3.25% 56 months investments with one bump up.  Motion was made by Kurvin and 2nd by Ed.  Dean is going to take care of this.  Ren informed the Authority that the man hole pans have been installed however there are 10 of them left over, he needed to know if they should be installed at places that don’t have them yet or return them.  The Authority decided to have them installed.  Ren also informed the Authority that the NPDES permit has been approved.   
Adjournment:  There being no further business, the public meeting held at the Herndon Borough Municipal Building adjourned at 8:27p.m.
