Tony informed the Authority that the Kooken property is set for a tax sale.  Dean recommended that a lien be placed on the Rosancrans property.  Tony has not heard anything from Mid Atlantic on the PS 2 issues. He did follow up with Myers.  He is going to send out a stronger letter.

Old Business:
Ren and Dean are going to be meeting on August 1, 2011 to go over delinquents.  The curb stop for the Curtis Wray property was replaced.  The 4 log analyzer is still pending.  Ren was reminded that the form with mapping and chemicals needs to be completed.  Ren is going to get Todd Mace to look and see what his recommendation is,  Andy thinks it is going to be cheaper to do the testing themselves rather than having someone else come in and do the testing.  All invoices are needed for the lightening strike to be presented to the insurance company.

New Business:
Ren suggested that the Authority get John Brown in to look at the catch basin site and provide a cost for improvement so that the area can be mowed with a riding mower.  A motion was made by Jackson to proceed with getting a cost and then review it again 2nd to the motion was made by Ed.  Ren also suggested that the Authority get Bobb’s Plumbing and Heating in to excavate the 8” main in the area of the 4 log building.  This will help determine the exact depth of the 8” main pipe so that plans can be made for the foundation of the building.  At the same time they are going to have the 1” tap made in the 8” main and have a frost free spigot installed as a temporary source for water sampling until the 4 log system is complete.  A motion was made to proceed motion was made by Jackson and 2nd by Ed.  Ren went over the results of the walk through inspection.  The concrete edge of the catch basin is in need of repair and the Electrical Service Box at the reservoir needs to be replaced with a new moisture/rodent proof box. There is also a hole in the cover of well number 3, the roof on the well site roof control building needs to be replaced.  Ren informed the Authority that the new signs have been installed, 4 of the Arborvitae trees at the WWTP have sac worms and have been treated for them.  The curb stop at Curtis Wray has been replaced, because the cap was broken and filled with dirt and not able to shut off.  Rosancrans property was shut off July 11th.  The stoned area of the WWTP was sprayed for weeds.
