Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous months meeting minutes, Ren declared the minute’s approved as presented motion made by Ed and second by Dean.

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $521.10 and the balance in the general account of $15,875.93.   After the review of the bills to be paid tonight; and the addition of payment to Seewald for $107.00, Bobb’s Plumbing and Heating for $2079.03 and Andy Bobb for $1200.00 motion was made by Dean and 2nd by Jackson to proceed with the paying of the bills as presented and the additions.

Communications and Notices:
Ren informed the Authority that he got information on a bridge closing next year.  He also got information on Pro Active Operator Source which he passed onto Andy for his review.

Water System Operator:
Andy informed the Authority that the hydrants were flushed June 29, 2010. He also informed the Authority that he attempted to turn the water on at the Linda Smith property but the curb stop had been hit by a snow plow, he dug it up and was able to get the water turned onto the property.

Waste Water Operator:  Andy informed the Authority the waste basket showed up, and was installed on July 19th.  He also informed the Authority that he has not had to pull the pumps since the installation.  He did however have a “brown out” which caused the pumps to shut down, once he got air movement into them he was able to get them back up and running.  On Sunday a tree fell and cut power to Pump 3, which Andy was able to get back up and running but there is a need for a generator if this should happen again at a more busier time of the day.  Andy got a call from the Mulbergers that the alarm light was on in their basement, Andy looked at the grinder pump and there was grease build up,  which caused the float to stick, Andy was able to get it fixed, but this situation made that it becomes priority to find a replacement pump for the residents that have grinder pumps.  Andy also informed the Authority that we got a congratulator letter for the WWTP and a year placard to put on the wooden plaque that was received prior.

Solicitors Report:
There were no solicitors present tonight however they did send an email with updates, Dluge and Michetti have received a letter from the Dallazia property stating that the only thing that has been done to the property so far was a driveway put in.  He did not indicate whether there are future plans for a structure but he will keep the Authority updated as he progresses.  Donna Walter property is in foreclosure and the firm that is handling that property is Phelan, Hallihan, and Schmieg who requested information about the amounts that are owed on the lien and Dean was able to get that to Michettis.    The Swinehart property is waiting on a Sheriff Sale date.  The Hoffman property is with Exit Realty. Felicia Kooken has not accepted service for the updated lien, Michetti is going to continue to follow through with this update.  The Department of Revenue has received our request for reimbursement and is processing the same.

Old Business:
The Secretary is going to be checking the mail on either Tuesday or Wednesday the 3rd or 4th and then should give Ren either a call or an email to let him know that she is there.  The River Shore vents are still pending.  The generator for the reservoir is still pending.  The Authority needs to be looking into what kind of rules and regulations will be in place for the filling of swimming pools.

New Business:
Flood Insurance was received and a motion was made to proceed with paying for Option 1 coverage for $599.00, motion was made by Jackson and 2nd by Kurvin.

Adjournment:  There being no further business, the public meeting held at the Herndon Borough Municipal Building adjourned at 7:55 pm
