Call to Order:  
President, John Davis called the meeting to order at 7:17 pm.

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous month’s meeting minutes a motion was made by Charles and second by John to approve the minutes as presented. 

Communications and Notices: Dean informed the Authority that on March 26 at 10am, the Knarr Property is scheduled to be sold. Dean informed the Authority of the property transfers Leashay Zeigler bought Pauline Newman (LDG72) and Burgess sold LDG81 to Jack Laugerman. Dean reviewed the agreement that Michettis office made with Snyder-Kern to get their delinquency paid up. They need to pay $500.00 down and then $200.00 bi weekly. The $500 down has been received but not the $200 bi-weekly. Dean is to follow up with Michettis office on this issue.  

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $549.15 and the balance in the general account of $12655.91. A motion was made by Dean to pay the bills as listed and the addition of payment to Fairway Labs for $15.00 and to TDS Telecom for $134.81 a second to the motion was made by Charles.

Water/Wastewater System Operator: Report – Report Todd presented pictures of the four water main breaks that happened over the past month. He asked that Mike Cotner and the Borough add stone to the hole that is by Sheryl Gilligans property, as the hole is getting deeper with the traffic driving over it. Todd informed the Authority that the Soda Ash day tank was installed and lines were replaced. The new soda ash mixer was installed. The gas chlorine system was repaired and a new pH meter was purchased. The Act Pak was finally received and will be installed. Todd asked Dean to complete the survey that PA Rural Water provided. Todd did send a thank you letter to PA Rural Water for the job that Chris Shutt did on locating the leaks. There was an issue with Well #2 and Todd reached out to Residential Services but they were unable to help so he reached out to 3T who did provide assistance. Dean received the invoice but asked that more detail be provided. Dean asked that Todd get quotes for generator maintenance as Hunter and Lomison are very expensive and on the Website of 3T and Residential Services it states that they maintain the Generac generators. Todd advised that a valve blew off inside the residence of Mulbergers and asked for approval to send a letter advising that the valve needs to be fixed within 10 days.  

Solicitors Report: None present but Dean did speak with Tony.  

Old Business: The hydrant Flushing is still pending. CBDG funding the consent order is coming.  

New Business: No new business 

Adjournment: There being no further business, the public meeting adjourned at 8:18. Motion was made by Dean and 2nd from Charles.
