Call to Order:  
President, John Davis called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm.

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous month’s meeting minutes a motion was made by Judi and second by Pete to approve the minutes as written. 

Communications and Notices: Dean informed that the Snyder/Kern property has not paid since March, therefore the Authority is seeking legal action using the District Magistrates office seeking judgment with pursing execution of judgment if still not paid. The Constable will serve them. If any member of the Authority is questioned send them to Dean or John. Todd was directed to disconnect Valerie Halfen property since she has failed to communicate her intentions to Dean. She currently owes $461.50. Dean is going to follow up with the County on the Knarr property. The Authority does stand a chance to get some money from this sheriff sale.  

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $549.17 and the balance in the general account of $32702.36. A motion was made to pay the bills as listed with the additions of payments to TDS for $130.84. A motion was made by Dean with a second by Pete.  

Water/Wastewater System Operator: Report – REPORT Todd informed the Authority of a water main leak on Belleview, and informed that 3 residences are under boil water. Fersters did the excavating but the blacktop is not fixed. Judi informed that the Borough has projects coming up and that perhaps at that point the repairs can be made. The CL-17 unit must be rebuilt as it no longer meets the Reg 334. It will cost about $5000.00 to fix. Todd also informed that the float ball on the decant pump was replaced. Pump Station 1 pump 1 the pump hour meter is bad and needs replaced. The one pump at Pump Station #2 needs pulled and cleaned. Todd needs to locate the spare cutters and if a spare set of cutters is needed he is to order and have one extra on hand. The Generator did not come on when the power went out. Dean asked Todd about PA One Calls and how he bills. PA Environmental bills the Authority. Should the Authority be billing the customers, add this to future agenda items to be discussed.  
Solicitors Report: None present. A lien was filed on the Torgenson property $2150.00 is owed to the Authority plus 10 percent interest and court costs.  
Old Business: Tree at the Well Head was taken care of before Pete and John got up to it.  

New Business: September 10th at 2:00 pm Senator Gordner and Linda Schlegal Culver offices want to present the check to the Authority for $300,000 grant monies. The Borough and the Authority should have representatives present. Dean made a motion to have Ketner Electric LLC to repair the Generators at $70.00 per hour plus parts, Judi second the motion and all were in favor. Dean will send an follow up email to Ketner. Judi informed the Authority that they are looking at putting a news letter out to the residence and wanted to know if this was done would the Authority have items to put in it.  

Adjournment: There being no further business, the public meeting adjourned at 8:04pm. Motion was made by Dean and 2nd from Judi.
