President Jackson Wetzel called the meeting to order at 7:13pm

Present:
Authority Members:  Dean Williard, Jackson Wetzel, Joel Wetzel, Jeff Aurand
Employees: Tammy Osman, Andy Bobb
Solicitor:  None
Citizens:  None

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous month’s meeting minutes a motion was made by Jeff and second by Dean to approve the minutes as presented with the two minor corrections.

Communications and Notices:  None

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $521.84 and the balance in the general account of $19239.40 and a balance in the Northumberland National Bank Savings account of $1002.03. A motion was made by Dean and second by Jeff to pay the bills as presented along with the addition of payments to Andrew Bobb for $1200.00, Bobbs Plumbing and Heating for $780.00, Andy Bobb for continuing education $100.00, and Seewald for $98.20 and Stahlnecker for $1080.00.

Water/Wastewater System Operator:
Andy informed the Authority that the decanter is replaced.  The old decanter is still at the WWTP and Jack is going to call Heims and have a dumpster delivered to put the old decanter in it, the Authority will have to pay weight and disposal to get rid of it.  Andy had Stahlneckers come in and clean out the wet wells.  Andy also completed a continuing education course and he is now good for 3 years on the water and 2 years on the waste water.  The mixer on the decanter went, he ordered the parts and installed it and the machine is back on line.

Solicitors Report:  None present.

Old Business:
Dean is going to handle the delinquents and shut offs with Andy.  The only walk thru improvement for 2012 that is still open is the aluminum cover over the post EQ tank which was scheduled and then was cancelled and they have not called to reschedule yet. However, a check was requested for the remaining balance owed as the rest of the balance needs to be paid at the time of installation. Andy did inform the Authority that there is algae growth now since the cover has not been installed.  The walk thru for 2013 list of improvements:
A.) Put grates on head wall of 18” pipe at well site—Jackson checked with Ren on this and he is in the process of getting the materials together for this project.  Ren will notify Jackson when he is ready for this repair.
The results for the LMI surveys were turned in and the Authority was approved for 3 of the 4 projects.  The River Shore project did not meet the standards.  The Authority is going to wait on that project until the cost is determined.  Paul was not present to go over the townships intentions on repairing PA Avenue and the Authorities intentions on the manhole covers.

New Business:
Sam Kauffman property is for sale, no new owners as of yet.  As Dean was going over the surveys some questions arose from a property.  It was decided not to back bill them for the Authorities error but going forward with the new billing cycle to bill them for the sewer and the water.

Adjournment:  There being no further business, the public meeting adjourned at 8:06pm
