Call to Order: 
President Reynold Wolfe called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous months meeting minutes, Ren declared the minute’s approved as presented motion made by Dean and second by Jackson.

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the PLIGIT account of $61,901.44.   After the review of the bills to be paid tonight and the addition of payments to Doug Straub for $145.00, Tim Schrader for $90.00, Wolfe Realty for $82.80, motion was made by Dean and 2nd by Ed to proceed with the paying of the bills as presented and the additions.

Communication and Notices:  NONE

Water System Operator:
Andy informed the Authority that there would be a bill from Billtown Mechanical coming because the HVAC system was not working right, the problem is now corrected and the central air is now working.  Andy also informed the Authority that a new curb stop and curb box was installed at the Sue Wise resident.  He said everything at the WWTP is running smoothly. 

Solicitors Report: 
Tony informed the Authority that there was a municipal lien filed against Reigel property has been satisfied, however there was $214.50 which was not paid because of miscommunication between the Attorney and Barb Diehl, Tony informed the Authority that they $214.50 will be deducted from their bill at the end of the year.  Tony informed the Authority that the Linda Smith property was taken back by the bank.  He informed the Authority that the sale on the Hoffmans property was pushed back until September.    Tony was informed that the Koperna’s have begun the tear down of the property.

Old Business:
There are eight people on the shut off list for this month.  The well-site project is still pending, as well as the vents on River Shore.  Andy is getting with LDG to work on the call out alarms at pump 3 & 4.  There are three curb stops that are pending Herndon House, Kooken, and Jean Hoffmans resident.  The generator is still pending.       

New Business: 
FAK Products, Inc sent a letter requesting that the property that they own they would like to change from a 4 unit property to a 3 unit property.  The bottom floor would be a business and the top floor would be two apartment rentals.  A motion was made to grant FAK Products, Inc their request and change the property to a 3 unit property the change is dependant on FAK Products doing plumbing changes that reflect the conversion from 4 to 3 that are inspected and approved by the Authority’s inspection.  Motion was made by Kurvin and second to Jackson.  Ren will notify FAK of the Authority’s decision.  The Frank Traini property has been sold to Horty’s of Washington D.C.  Ren is going to be contacting someone from PennDot about the manhole concern at the Denkovich property.  Ren informed the members that all are invited to the LDG picnic at Snyder’s Grove. 
Adjournment:  There being no further business, the public meeting held at the Herndon Borough Municipal Building adjourned at 7:45p.m.
