Call to Order: 
President Reynold Wolfe called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes:
After a review of the previous months meeting minutes, Ren declared the minute’s approved as presented motion made by Dean and second by Jackson.

Financial Report and Payment of Listed Bills:
Dean Williard presented four financial statements for review by the Authority. There is a balance in the general fund of $1522.86 and in the PLIGIT account of $20708.28 after the review of the bills to be paid tonight there was a motion made by Dean and 2nd by Jackson to proceed with paying the bills that are listed.   Dean then presented an overview of each of the checking accounts that the Authority has and what funds are available in each.  

Solicitors Report:  Joe was questioned on the property taxes for the WWTP and he informed the Authority that we are exempt from paying them. 

WWTP Operator’s Report:
Andy informed the Authority of the issue with the sludge removal and it was decided that phone quotes will be taken for the removal of the sludge.

Old Business:  
We received Andy and Ricks certificates of insurance.

New Business:  Requisition 35 to Community Banks in the amount of $18373.24 which is the interest on the line of credit in the amount of $10818.56, final payment to LDG in the amount of $4541.48, and an interest payment on the line of credit with Community Banks in the amount of $3013.20 was approved motion made by Kurvin and 2nd by Jackson. Kurvin then presented to the Authority the total number of Tap-Ons that are paid and then reported on the LM&I, he then reported on the total number of laterals that are completed to date. There are 8 properties that have not yet paid there hook-up, the Authority decided that in response to this each of the owners is going to get a certified letter stating the consequences of not paying the hook-up fees.  Attorney Michetti is going to write the letters and the secretary is going to mail them.  Ren also presented the sketch of the Cotners resident and the corrections that are going to made to this property.  Ren then informed the Authority that a resident did not get their existing septic pumped out, they had it pumped into the new system.  The Authority has decided to fine the home owner $150.00.  The motion was made by Ren to impose to Tina Bordner LDG number 5 a fine in the amount of $150.00 for pumping raw sewage into the new sewer and 2nd to the motion by Jackson.  The Herndon Fire Companies Lateral is not correct therefore they are going to be exempt from the sewage billing until the lateral is correct and fixed.  Ren also informed the Authority that he is working on the getting the $27,000.00 from Penn DOT.
