Call to Order:
President, John Davis called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm.

Authority Members: Dean Williard, John Davis, Judi Deppen, Brian Lenker and Charles Haffling
Employees: Tammy Osman and Todd Mace
Citizens: None
Solicitor: Tony Michetti
Tony and Dean advised the Authority why the special meeting was called. This meeting was added to discuss the action plan that was needed and to get signatures for the Consent Order Agreement and to finalize what the Authorities plans are to comply with this plan.
Tony advised that a certified engineer needs to complete the Action Plan. Dean and Tony suggested that the Authority stay with Larson Design Group since they are the engineers who started working on the issues with the Authority. Todd advised that it should not take Larson Design more than 8 hours to complete this Action Plan. Tony is going to reach out to Larson to get an extended schedule. The Authority does not want Larson to submit the plan until it is approved to do so by the Authority.
Todd then reviewed the issues and what the plans are to fixes the issues that are outstanding. Well #3 the chlorine line is broken this needs to be repiped. Approximate cost would be between $500-$1000.00, switching from liquid chlorine to gas chlorine will fix a lot of the issues that the Authority was cited for.
Adjournment: There being no further business, the public meeting adjourned at 7:57. Motion was made by John and 2nd from Charles.
