Andy reminded the Authority that the fire hydrants need flushed.  They are scheduled to be done on May 12th.  Andy will place a sign in the post office, and Joel will make sure that Ann places it on the sign outside the Borough building, and Dean will have it added to the website.   Andy then informed the Authority that he was requested to shut the water off at the Shannon Walter property and he did so, he also reminded her that there is a $50.00 shut off fee.  He was also asked by the Newmans to turn the water back on at their property.  Andy then informed the Authority that Dennis Williard questioned him about dirty water.  Andy had some tests done on his water but was not able to get a conclusion, he then opened the hydrant at the ball field and in doing so it cleared up Dennis Williards dirty water.  There was a pump burn out at Well #2, it has since been fixed and back on line. Andy said it has been 9 years since that pump has been replaced.  That pump is the work horse for the systems.  Andy checked with Schionios and they have 2 pieces of equipment that require a constant flow of water to them.

Solicitors Report:  Absent from meeting.

Old Business:
Dean is going to handle the delinquents and shut offs with Andy.  The only walk thru improvement for 2012 that is still open is the aluminum cover over the post EQ tank which was scheduled and then was cancelled and they have not called to reschedule yet. They are looking at April but nothing has been set yet.
The walk thru for 2013 list of improvements:
A.) Put grates on head wall of 18” pipe at well site—Jackson checked with Ren on this and he is in the process of getting the materials together for this project.  Ren will notify Jackson when he is ready for this repair.
Andy informed the Authority that the decanter valve has not been replaced yet, and Andy stated that PESI is waiting until the weather breaks.

New Business:
Jackson informed the Authority that two tree stumps rolled into the fence.  He has John Wert and Randy Krallman work on getting them off the fence.  They rolled them under the fence and into the rip raft.  Jackson then had John and Randy remove the bushes from inside of the fence, they still need to do the outside.  Jackson is going to have them spray weed killer.  Cash Brezgal asked Jackson if they would be able to drive over one of the lines that is in the pasture in order to do some timbering out, Jackson and Andy both advised that was not a good idea.  Paul thought a letter should be sent to the Brezgals about driving over the line; however Jackson and Andy stated that they have a good relationship with the Brezgals and they do not want to harm that.  Jackson asked that a yearly walk though happen the night of the next meeting.  Everyone is to meet at the Borough building at 5:30 to do the walk through and then the meeting.  Jackson suggested that a thank you letter and a monetary donation be sent to Lower Mahanoy Fire Company for their fire police coming to direct traffic when the water main broke on 147.  Dean made a motion to send a thank you letter along with an one hundred dollar donation.  Paul second to the motion.  Dean mentioned that the 2014 financial records were given to the CPA on March 12.
